  1. Distraction from Epstein and failing policies
  2. So he can be a bully and play act as a soldier. A “uniform” for the President will probably be next complete with medals
  3. Personal gain. That oil will need a company to manage it. His suggestion will be a chefs 💋
  4. No repercussions. Venezuela didn’t have any real allies. No religious fervor that will spawn terrorism.
