I suspected it wasn’t helping but also have some circumstances (aging, small children, etc) that also seem to contribute to my mind being a bowl of soup, so I’m never sure what’s causing what…

I titrated off. Also switched adhd meds. And a couple other things. But my brain is clearer today after three beers and an edible than it was stone sober 9 months ago.
