Comment on Mbin v1.9.0 release (stable)
olorin99@kbin.earth 1 week agoIts not native to the platform but the Interstellar app has an option to transfer subscriptions between lemmy and mbin accounts. Add both accounts to the app then go to Settings -> BETA: Data Utilities -> Migrate Account, follow the steps and it should copy across subscriptions and blocks.

Thanks for this, and I did try it. It sort of worked, I had 400 and change subscriptions, and it got like 180 of them. The rest errored out. I don’t know if that means they’re inactive or just not able to be transferred.

Hmm they probably haven't been federated yet with the instance you're moving to so couldn't subscribe.
