Disroot allows domain linking after a donation. But only 1GB storage on the otherwise free tier.

I personally use Uberspace who offer 10GB storage, managed server with SSH access and unlimited email addresses and aliases for 6€/month. (Can be lowered to 2€ if you have a reason.)
