  Except it isn’t a stretch to suggest that there ought to be a mechanism in which a post will be shadow deleted if it receives a high percentage of downvotes and multiple reports of keywords like CP/CSAM etc within a short space of time. This would then rely on an admin either reapproving (if it wasn’t) or deleting the material permanently, but would make it safer for end users.

  Heck, have it so that if someone triggers this mechanism, their account is shadow banned until the admin can take action.

      Especially easy to abuse if both votes and reports are counted from federated servers as well.
