I’d say stories where the main character(s) persevered through great struggles and got rewarded at the end have the best emotional payoff.

Some that I would recommend (that you haven’t complete) are:

• Umamusume - season 2 (IMO it’s possible to follow the plot even if you skip season 1)
• Gundam: Witch from Mercury
