Comment on YSK that in 1994, Ukraine voluntarily gave up nuclear weapons. Europe and the United States promised they would defend Ukraine if it was ever threatened.
They’re benefiting from it but I’d treat it as a conspiracy if someone said it was orchestred in some way.
