Comment on How come NK doesn't just come out and say we are in trouble and need help? Like their lack of food and stuff? I really don't see a downside for a country admit they were wrong and need help

They already get lots of money without admitting their system sucks.

You assume those in charge are interested in helping out the average citizen, they aren’t.
