blave@lemmy.world 1 day agoDon’t think me, I think Darren Aronofsky for making a movie that (like he does) completely fucking insane, but actually has a relatable sense of humor to it. No.
And, unlike any other Darren Enos film I’ve ever seen, this movie is a lot of fun. And, of course, it takes place in New York.

Well, you could start by watching any other Darren Aronofsky film. They’re all amazing. It’s just that, as I mentioned before, they can be somewhat traumatic to watch. But they’re amazing.
