reach out to the respective mods and report them. this isn’t trolling. it’s targeted harassment. you can report the entire acount on bsky, by going to their profile page and clicking the three-dot menu and selecting “report account.” that’s probably the best way to start. I think if there was no more dialog, or the account didn’t go poof, I’d follow that up with their support form asking for a status update. (and maybe dropping screenshots. If you don’t have screenshots, get them. )
