Some corrections with Windscribe since I use it: on Android you can get the APK directly (“sideload”) or through F-Droid. Also I think that pricing is for the full service. I pay like $3 a month with 30GB data and a choice of (I think) 3 or 4 countries IIRC. This has been more than enough for me and probably most people.
