Looking for loopholes with old allies? I guess that’s easier than the obvious answer for Russia… lower the elevation of Mt.Everest, the Himalayas, and other nearby mountain ranges to get better thoroughput to Russia’s southern friendly countries. Because “give an inch, take a mile” is a thing; Russia only needs one loophole.
