But the issue isn’t really that he’s doing a completely different thing here, and more that the intensity just doesn’t match. This person isn’t severely angry or distressed, he’s just telling some people off in a mildly angry post. The only thing that might point to severe emotions is the lack of punctuation, but that’s a completely normal way to write for lots of people - I guess you’d have to be more familiar with how this person usually writes, like if they were usually very particular about grammar, orthography and punctuation I’d agree with saying that this is “crashing out”.
