No, the meme is saying “it’s a force of habit to blame America, when it’s so common here.” This happened in the UK.
Genuinely, since when is america attacking synagogues “so common”? I hear about daily shooting, frequent attacks on churches, but synagogue attacks seem to happen WAY more in europe than the US.
