Butter in a pan will do. You can also incorporate into sauces. Some stomach discomfort is possible if not fully cooked from what I understand but it’s mild and person specific I think.
Kind of mild. The name is fairly accurate since you can substitute it into dishes for chicken breast. It’s not my favorite but when you find them you end up with a large quantity pretty quickly and they are up off the ground so nice and clean.
