It’s crazy that the Japanese parodies of US politics is more accurate than any other portrayals from that era. They even got MAGA slogan dead on!

  It was Regan and Bush Senior slogan before that:

  There was a sci-fi book called Parable of the Sower in the early 90s that had it as the slogan of a shitty fascist president. It’s worth a read and will feel especially creepy right now.
