Yes they absolutely have offered to return the hostages on several occasions, and always with the condition that Israel stops attacking. Basically Hamas would like things to go back to the way things were before October 7th.

Yeah, Israel was already killing lots of Palestinians yearly before the Oct 7 attacks. It’s weird seeing people act like everything was peaceful before Oct 7.

The IDF just claimed that everyone they killed was Hamas. They’re not well known for their honesty.
