The politicians set the laws, the police enforce the laws, the courts judge the laws.

The police have no business in politicking. That is a right they gave up in becoming a police chief.

Or should they just start questioning the legitimacy of every law? Where’s their questioning on proscription? Where’s their questioning of the Online Safety Act?
