It’s rhyming slang for Yank (Yankee doodle dandy) --> septic tank – > Seppo
What does seppo mean and in which language? It doesn’t mean anything in the languages I know.

It means yank or someone from the USA in Australian english. Commonly used in Australia and anti-USA circles.
