I believe podgrab can do this
I’m test driving podman right, and I really like it, very snappy. It looks like it might not be under active development anymore, unfortunately. The only thing it’s missing I’d have hoped for, is some sort of automatic tagging mechanism.
There is also podfetch, but I found podgrab experience better. but it has been a while since i tried it
