Not OP, but pretty sure they are pointing out that the administration will continue to stall properly responding to court orders and do whatever they want anyway. So although it was very nice of Kathleen to say no to concentration camps, ultimately it probably won’t do any good. At this point we need the military to turn on him to really stop this.
