Comment on YSK that JetBrains IDEs do not remove old share and cache files from the previous version when upgrading. Every folder includes a local LLM, plugin executables, and old search indices. They go unused. Removing old versions freed up 14.8 GB storage for me.

I think this is probably because of the setting in toolbox to keep previous versions for rollback
