Comment on Trump says he plans to put a 100% tariff on computer chips, likely pushing up cost of electronics
4am@lemmy.zip 2 weeks agoThis was a few days ago but wasn’t it the case that imported chips to be used in American products would be tariffed at the time of import? Why wouldn’t that be the case?
