They already re-indexed NSFW games that are free & are working to find alternative payment processors for the paid ones. This is less a itch.io problem & more a Visa/Mastercard problem since even Steam are powerless against them.

No, it’s their problem. Passing the buck up the chain doesn’t help the NSFW game developers, it’s trying to save face for a cowardly corporation, itch aren’t your friend.
