Dreaming_Novaling@lemmy.zip 3 days agoOkay, is there like good ways to discover music via the Fediverse? Cause like, forgive me for still clinging to YT Music, I like finding new music and it gets stale every now and then since I don’t have history turned on for recommendations.
At this rate I’m gonna start making daily/weekly Mastodon posts about what I listened to in hopes of someone just commenting similar sounding artists.
- Dubstep is nice, not my fave EDM sub-genre tho (DnB, Breakcore, and Jungle all the way!)

I think it all starts with asking the crowd. Once people catch on that’s something we all do, collectively, moving those discussions to a community is the next natural step.
