EVEN JUST ONE POTTED PLANT; A PRETTY FLOWER OR SOME FRESH HERBS, CAN START TO PROVIDE THIS BENEFIT

(I have some gardening skills actually: 30 years ago me and my dad each shat under one of two firs to the sides of his summerhouse driveway. You just look at them now, I’m so proud of myself!)
