    Sorry, heard too many real ‘preppers’ who fetishize about buying/hoarding til they imagine not needing a dociety because their only real skill is ingratitude for all the things tjat support them.

      6 months is a normal period of time after which you would like to change them.
      There’s a shitton of filter cartridges everywhere, and they won’t expire, so I believe I would have more problematic stuff to deal with
