You can’t hold a gaming laptop in your hands (and actually use it)
Of course a larger device will cost less/provide better performance. You’re paying a premium for the handheld formfactor. Just like how with a gaming laptop you’re paying a premium vs a 50+ pound desktop.

My comment was in favor of this because of that and gaming laptops are generally more expensive than this despite being less convenient for the primary purpose. A lot of people forget these things are actually quite capable desktop PCs when paired with a dock + monitor.
