Please do this everywhere where people are in public. I hate to smell cigarette smoke everywhere I go. In South Korea there are boothes on streets (not that much) to smoke a cigarette in public. If you do outside of a booth the penalty payment you have to pay then, is painfully high. Like it!

The smell is one thing, but the absolute absurdity that we just accepted that smokers are lazy and will just throw the garbage everywhere they go.
