Not the person you responded to, but I’ve liked Tainted Grail a lot.

It feels more like what skyrim should be in that the RPG elements are more integrated with the gameplay while still keeping the action moving.

Some general thoughts:

• I like the writing, it’s nice to have a different world/setting.
• the combat is okay, but at least requires a bit of skill/strategy.
• I like the more limited item set with a focus on upgrading/modifying weapons rather than just finding good gear.
• The fact attributes actually matter in quests/dialog is nice to see and done decently well.
• Crafting actually feels somewhat rewarding and useful.
