if i understand it there’s degrees of murder and ‘premeditated’ gets you (maxinally) death, ‘regular’ gets you 15 years and ‘oops’ gets you only 7.

So the clever murderer in India should make it look accidental but be very sure not to leave any evidence of planning I guess?
