Scavenger8294@feddit.org 2 weeks agoIt’s all about doing it in moderation and choosing carefully what we waste our time on. I would rather “waste” time reading a stupid book than go on Instagram or TikTok, where my mind gets trapped in a circle of emotions and algorithms.
