houses are frequently cheaper than conditioned storage units, if people don’t want residential housing being used for everything else they shouldn’t have it be so much cheaper.

its already to expensive for regular folks to buy. The problem is there is not enough money in regular folks hands.

yes, not helped by how many (almost) essential services require having an address.
Why can’t the government at least require that all government services have to be usable without addresses or email or phones.
there is a program to get a limited phone (in the us). I have said for awhile that we should have gov email addresses that official gov communications should come through but could also use generally (people get bent out of shape but its not like im saying you have to use it outside of gov stuff. they act like im suggesting they can’t use whats already available). And we obviously have failed to house everyone so we should at least allow people to get free post office boxes.

I completely disagree with the idea of emal through the government, the government shouldn’t be using it i in the first place.
