It is much more than just Pinocchio’s story. Dorothy makes an appearance and there are hints of Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty & the Beast and a few others are alluded to throughout the game if you pay close attention.

The story also takes after the older rendition of the tale that is much more mature in its representation of themes. Think of it like a “Brothers Grimm” version instead of the watered down Disney edition.
