  I think this is fine. You’re replacing part of the protein, which is better than none.

    Honestly it’s a lot easier to be a vegetarian if by “vegetarian” you mean “doesn’t worry too much about animal fat and bacon bits in fucking everything for no reason”

    Doesn’t really work with veganism but it’s a lot less stress for most of the harm reduction
