There is a dockerized version of GoodSynch, tho I’ve only used the windows version, so I can’t really vouch for it. Might be something worth looking at. I chime in with the others here in that I use Synchthing and I’ve never had any issues with corrupt files, but I can understand how that would be unacceptable.
