Harvard needs to sue. I don’t know who or what, but they need to bring suit. Seriously, they have a pretty decent law school, run by some fairly knowledgeable people. When they decided not to bend over to the administration (ahem, Columbia), they had to know this would end up in court. Everything with Trump winds up in court, and he’s not going to listen to any results unless it’s from SCOTUS, and even then… So Harvard had to understand that was the fight they were picking. At this point, if they back down I would almost hold them in higher contempt than Columbia. At least Columbia didn’t bother putting up a front.
