True, but in my defend, most are sliding panels 😜 , so half-outdoor-ish. Looking fo a kind of “best of both worlds” approach. Just want an outdoor kitchen I can use year around, not limited by the weather (cold doesn’t count, just the potability of a bit of rain and snow protection (and maybe a bit of wind which is good during long smoker sessions)
