Comment on what does the phrase «i’m going to get rid of you one way or another» imply?

The content is open to interpretation based on context, but the «» indicates that English is likely not the quoter’s primary language.
So based on that, I have to ask: are you asking specifically about the nested idioms in the sentence?

someone being bullied repeatedly for being neurodivergent and acting “abnormal”. and saying they didn’t actually like them.
trying to make the person have no friends
“ur a tumor, i’ll get rid of you one way or another.”
i am asking if it’s a death threat lol

No lol about it. That’s either a thinly veiled death threat, or someone saying that they will keep bullying and harassing until the person goes away.

you’re right, i removed the lol.
ok, thank you, they say this person continues to stalk them but has stopped talking to them and bullying them, accused the victim of stalking “because they have autism”.
