7rokhym@lemmy.ca 17 hours agoThe Windows Webcam camera settings, when I finally find them on Windows 11 to control pan and zoom, have been the same for 25 years, maybe 30. The thing is, it used to be easy to find the controls, but they keep making Windows slower & harder to use. It’s such a rat nest.

I had pretty much the same experience finding the virtual memory settings on a win11 machine the other day. Same 20 year old dialog, now buried 5 more layers deep.
