The truckers who aren’t MAGA morons understand that tainting their trucks with dyed fuel (which persists for a long time even after being heavily diluted with non-dyed fuel) is likely to cause problems in the future, after Trump’s bullshit order gets struck down or rescinded.

And that problem is even more true for truck stop owners, who will be very unlikely to want to taint their underground tanks with the stuff. Therefore, even the dumbass truckers who want to use it would have to go out of their way to actually get it.
