  probably doesnt even work as they claim. usa produced carriers are 7bn+/each carrier, i doubt china or even russia wants to spend that much money building them.

      probably takes almost a billion to maintain carriers/year, a quick skim said the navy spends 11billions/year on maintaining carrier operations.
