Comment on I don't get the love for Nextcloud - alternative for just files?
GreatBlueHeron@lemmy.ca 2 days agoThat seems to be the case. Really sucks that the documentation at nextcloud.com directs people to the AIO. I guess they hope that if you have a bad time trying to install your own server you might buy their cloud service.

It’s the easiest way to get stuff running, so I’m guessing that’s why. But it’s far from the best way.
