owenfromcanada@lemmy.ca 3 weeks agoOoh good point. Though there’s only around 120,000 giraffes in the world, not sure what the probabilities are that any are trying to swallow a gerbil at any given time (and probably a more localized time window, given they’re less spread out).

That is a very good point and I forgot to consider that the population would heavily skew the average in the humans favour.
