This doesn’t say anything. Neither of those statements are true. Nobody “allows” someone to enter the country “illegally” that’s what the laws mean. We also didn’t magically change the rules when Trump entered the office, he just chose to ignore them and is being reprimanded for it. Also illegal immigrants can’t vote so they don’t impact policy decisions.
