  Yeah? I still get out 2 to 3 hours earlier than my peers with more work done. So more free time and my job is happy. Win/win for everyone.

      Yeah I get out of work early and get several more hours with my wife instead of being chained to a desk. My wife is a chef who works mornings so this is perfect.

      So yeah, you know what. It wasn’t supposed to be a flex but now it is.
