A lovely bright orange, not brown as I had feared. flavour was immense as expected, a little bit muddy and busy at first (also to be expected) but after a couple of weeks in the keg it had settled down and was extremely well balanced.

That keg didn’t last long so the next brew was a quick Voss hazy pale (very pale malt and lots of wheat too!), 1 week grain to glass, using rakau, strata, some amarillo I found buried in the freezer and a galaxy liquid extract. super successful, bright, snappy, super clean and easy to drink way too much of as a 6.2% that feels more like a 4.5%…
