Of course. Education has not much bearing on intelligence. I know college educated people who are idiots. I know highly intelligent people who haven’t touched a lick of education past college.

no. Education doesn’t make a dipshit smart. It can make them better informed. Better able to make good decisions. But it doesn’t magically make smart.
Why are you so set on education makes a person intelligent? It’s derogatory towards those who are plenty intelligent without higher education.
