Comment on I'm hoping this is okay but what I'm doing tomorrow on my day off came in today:
groolthedemon@lemmy.world 3 weeks agoRight? Like… I love most of the UC stuff. I just want a war drama with badass pilots getting the job done for something other than just glory. Mikazuki was forging a new future. It had more of a Gurren Lagann fight the power vibe than anything, but it was great.

Have you watched Gundam Thunderbolts? It’s a short form anime but it should give you the hit you’re looking for.
