  I guess…well I’ve thought of it a few times, but in the end (and don’t judge me, hubris coming here) the idea that there might be one extra reason to come to Lemmy - to bring even a few extra people in to the fediverse, well that makes me happy.

  Its an over estimation of my posts’ worth (I see quite regular down votes), but I like that this is where you’d find my posts.

  …if that makes any sense? Anyway, I have considered it many times.

    Nice to find another woman on the Fediverse. Usually I don’t mind male-dominated environments as long as nobody treats me badly if they learn I’m female, but the small amount of participants in !otomegames@ani.social and !infinitynikki@discuss.tchncs.de (both communities for games that are aimed at women) makes me wish for more women here. Meanwhile the gender-neutral !automationgames@lemmy.zip attracted a lot more attention.

    Yes, I’d much rather these be on Lemmy! I don’t want yet another blog to bookmark. By being on Lemmy I also catch new posts pretty quickly in my feed.
